Arrival at Amritsar airport/railway station, get transferred to the hotel for check-in. After lunch, leave for the Indo-Pak Wagah Border to witness the changing of guard and lowering of flags ceremony. Dinner at a famous local restaurant. Overnight stay at the hotel.
In the morning, go for an Amritsar city tour. The sightseeing will include a visit to the beautiful Harmandir Sahib, famously known as the Golden Temple. Then visit the Jallianwala Bagh. These sites are from your well-versed and experienced guide. Later, your trip will extend to the Durgiana Hindu Temple. In the afternoon, take a drive to visit Maharaja Ranjit Singh Panorama (museum) and Mata Lal Devi Temple. Later visit to the local markets of Amritsar to shop for traditional items of Amritsar. Overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, an early morning drive to Dalhousie, local sightseeing of Dalhousie, Jandhrighat Palace, Subhash Bowli, Bara Pathar, Old Churches of Dalhousie, and must eat Gulab Jamun at Café Dalhousie. Overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, a full-day excursion to Khajjiar Meadows (22 kms), Chamba (riverside pilgrim centre at 44 kms from Dalhousie can be visited with Khajjiar), and Chamera Lake (a large lake with a watersports centre). En route, visit Barkota Hills. By late evening, back to the hotel. Overnight stay.
After breakfast, drive to the railway station for your onward journey.
