DurgainaMandir: - also known as Lakshmi Narayan Temple, is a Hindu temple in the city of Amritsar. Resembling the architecture of the Golden Temple, this temple also features a dome and a tank, both of which are considered sacred by Hindu followers. Constructed by Guru Harsai Mal Kapoor, this temple is dedicated to the Hindu Goddess Durga. Besides, idols of Lord Krishna and Lord Vishnu are also enshrined in the temple. Located near the Lohgarh Gate in Amritsar, this temple is sometimes called the Silver Temple, due to its carved silver doors.

Wagah Border: - Then visit Wagah Border, which is famous for its 'Retreat' ceremony at the time of sunset. During the evening, armed soldiers, both Indian as well as Pakistani, fully decked in their uniform, enact a particularly hostile parade marked by lowering of their respective flags and closing the border gates.
